Wedding Cake Information
Here at 'The Cake House' we specialise in creating beautiful wedding cakes to be the center piece for your special day.
From a simple elegant one tier with fresh flowers to a spectacular 4, 5 or more tier wedding cake decoarted with piping and handmade sugar flowers, we can make them all. Choose from a variety of delicious flavours on our 'flavours' page and we can help you create a truly amazing wedding cake that you and your guests will love.

To ensure that you receive the perfect wedding cake we like to have a personal consulatation with all our brides and grooms, you are also welcome to bring any other family or friends with you. During the consulatation you will be able to see some display wedding cakes, taste a variety of flavours and discuss the type of design you have in mind. Please bring with you any pictures of wedding cakes that you like.
We also have lots of books and wedding magazines for further ideas.
After the consulatation we will be able to put together a quote for you.
Ordering:
Your wedding cake ideally should be ordered 12 weeks before your wedding day, however it is possible to produce an amazing cake at short notice.
Delivery & set up:
We offer free delivery and set up of your wedding cake to local venues, for venues further a field an additional fee will apply.
A 50% non refundable deposit is required when your order is placed.
The balance is due 2 weeks before the date of your wedding.
We will confirm your order and receipt of payment in writing as soon as it is received.
Wedding Cake Stands:
Wedding cake stands are not included in the price but can be hired for an additional fee, however most venues have wedding cake base stands which your cake will stand on and they are happy for you to use.
